Divorce for child marriage (Hindu )

Hi Sir.
I am 31 years old female from Bangalore. I have been married forcefully when I was 15( minor). Now I want to take a divorce. It is possible for me to take divorce using child marriage act ? Please help. Thank you
no now you cannot take the advantage of child marriage act as the marriage is valid now, you could have filed a petition in court after attaining 18 years and before completing 19 years, now you have to apply for divorce on ground of cruelty, desertion or any other ground applicable to you, or you can go for mutual consent divorce if husband is ready.
