no now you cannot take the advantage of child marriage act as the marriage is valid now, you could have filed a petition in court after attaining 18 years and before completing 19 years, now you have to apply for divorce on ground of cruelty, desertion or any other ground applicable to you, or you can go for mutual consent divorce if husband is ready.

You will get divorce and child marriage is one of the major ground. The law says you should excercise your option to declare such marriage as VOID within three years of you attaining the age of majority. You must set up other grounds like cruelty etc to get divorce. For this free service give me Rank FIVE STAR and call me free of cost.
