Divorce > domestic Violence false case

I got married and have issues with my Wife. I never abused her, or hit her but only asked for divorce and she filed Domestic Violence case in Rajasthan (She is at her parent place since 1 month and i am in Mumbai). Police is calling me to visit Police station in Rajasthan. Please advice. Also, she file case of Pratarna as i have been tracking her phone calls and messages...
You don't need to afraid. you can go and file your statement before police as it it is non cognizance section now. you can file divorce petition in mumbai against her and can claim appropriate remedy against her with your evidence.
