Divorce decree Uncontested ex parte

Hello Sir/Madam I want to know that if any woman file a petition for divorce & received a decree for uncontested ex parte then how many days she will remarry ?

The decree of divorce breaks a marital tie and makes the couple competent to remarry. Even if it is an ex parte decree of divorce, the parties forfeit the status of husband and wife with respect to each other. Hence, each of them becomes legally competent to remarry provided that no appeal is filed within the specific time period. that remarriage can happen only if the period for filing an appeal or an application to set aside the ex parte order has lapsed. And in case an appeal has been filed by the opposite party, then the person can remarry only after the appeal is decided by the court the period of appeal is 30 DAY

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that generally as after getting up the divorce decree one should wait or the period for getting married again should be at least 90 days but if it's a mutual divorce it's extended for more days as the details in petition has to be seen as people make more mistakes so for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

by law after pass of 90 days of decree. but it's not compulsory. if opposite party not challenging the decree in high court then she can remarry. and no need to wait. for more information you can contact me.

Your question is that if a divorced woman has ended the case unilaterally, then after how much time can she marry again, then I want to tell you that the time period for appeal is given to ex party in your order. After this period has passed, you can marry again
