Divorce decree based on false worry demand

28-May-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Girl has filed false dowry, DV and section 225 cases against me. In her petition in family court, she stated that I and my family demanded dowry and beaten her many times and we forced her to leave matrimonial house. However, during cross examination, she said that I never demanded dowry and she left the house willingly due to illness of daughter. Besides this, there are 4-5 points where is contradicted with her petition. Can court grant divorce based on her false statements in court ?

If she's demanding divorce on the basis of Cruelty and if there exists some contradictions on the statements made by her then the court will never allow the petition to pass and it can also be dismissed with cost. And it's advisable to attach the certified copy of this to the other cases also. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
