Divorce case on basis of desertion which actually is not the case.iwan

07-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
If my husband declared that i left house in his absence and i m not ready to take care of his daughter out of his first wedlock. And all this is incorrect since he has always lived seperated since tge inception of marriage .i shifted to other city for job which was very necessary after leaving first job since lot of loan emis which were taken on his demand. Now i m anticipating that he has filed divorce on basis of desertion. I haven't got any notice. I tried reaching him lor of times but he has blocked me on his phone. Hw messaged after my insisting for helping me with some money that he wants to file for divorce .i refused but he said theres no option left with him since he declared in his office. I asked reason for giving false information abd ge replied that he had to save his job. I couldn't get this reason.

You have an option of filing for a petition of restitution of conjugal rights. in case, your husband has filed a divorce case against you, you should deny all the allegation alleged by him including desertion.

there are a few possible scenarios where your husband is trying to take an ex-parte divorce against you and therefore, not informing you of the proceedings. the reason that he is giving you is also quite vague and unreasonable
