hi according to your query on which grounds the petitioner had filed the petition for divorce we should know correctly but i think if they have filed the petition and not went abroad it leads to mental cruelty for that the party can take ground for divorce. but in your case for exact suggestion you did not mentioned the case details clearly so for further good suggestion you can contact us at any time.

Hi
Petitioner needs to come to the court in family matters.
However in exceptional cases, courts grant permission for GPA to attend the case of petitioner at all times except during the time of evidence.
For recording of evidence, cross examination, petitioner has to come in person to the court and GPA is not permitted to provide evidence.

hi,
yes u can file the case by taking GPA from the concern person. GPA will be accepted by the court after perusing the petition.
you can run the case but at the time of trail petitioner presence is required. in case if he not attends the court at the time of trail court will dismiss the case.
