Divorce Assistance Required From Lawyers Who Charge Affordable Fees

I need assistance for divirce proceedings , please contact me via Whatsapp for further discussion . Seeking affordable legal assistance from lawyers based out in Delhi ncr..I am working class so cannot pay hefty fees ( eg - 5000 rs for 30 minutes cinsultation charges). If everything fall in place I want to initiate divorce proceedings on grounds of cruelity. 1 year of marriage will complete in June 2024.

Sir You can file a suit for divorce after one year completion of marriage on the grounds of cruelty in the jurisdiction of court where you lives , however , several witnesses would be required to corroborate to your version of cruelty.

You can file for Divorce after the completion of 1 year of marriage. In rarest of rare cases if you have exceptional grounds then you can also file the case before one year of completion of marriage under section 13 read with section 14 of Hindu Marriage Act

A marriage which has broken down irretrievably, in our opinion spells cruelty to both the parties, as in such a relationship each party is treating the other with cruelty. It is therefore a ground for dissolution of marriage under Section 13 (1) (ia) of the Act.
