I have got married to a muslim guy and am a hindu..due to misunderstanding we decided to separate.please assist
a divorce under special marriage act shall be filed by you. the marriage certificate is important to file the case. if you are not marriage certificate you have to contact the registration of marriage officer. you can file the case. Muralikrishnan Advocate

which type of marriage ceremony you celebrated, Hindu or Muslim? whether you are need divorce or judicial separation? any kind of marriage you can file divorce case , if you're marriage celebrated under Muslim law you can file OS in your principle district munsif or under hindu law you can approach family court
