Divorce and maintenance and harraement

I have 10months kid.
My husband wants to divorce me. I am facing harraement from his family and him.
I want justice. I don't want to divorce. Please suggest

You need not worry at all as courts will not grant divorce unless and until there are valid grounds for the same.
If you wish , you can file the following suits against your husband
a) A petition u/s 12 of Domestic Violence act for cruelty(asking for divorce without any valid reasons is also cruelty)
b) In the event of your husband filing a divorce petition , you can always oppose the same by seeking conjugal rights AND also ask the court to direct your husband for mediation.
