You have the right to recover your streedhan which was given by your marriage time to your husband's family. Your husband cannot have the right to keep your Gold jewellery, property. You can claim maintenance for yourself and your daughter to secure your future. Your salary was taken under pressure and invested in his business, you can demand that amount back or ask compensation through the Court. You can also take strong legal action under the domestic violence act for protection of your residence rights and monetary relief . Immediately consult a lawyer for protection .

You have legal remedies under domestic violence laws, dowry prohibition, and matrimonial reliefs. You can seek recovery of stridhan (dowry, gifts, jewelry), maintenance, child custody, and possibly return of misused salary through proper legal proceedings. Filing a criminal complaint under Section 498A IPC and/or a DV Act case can also help. Detailed documentation and legal steps are crucial—please consult me directly for effective legal action and to protect your rights.

You have strong legal rights. Under Section 125 CrPC and Domestic Violence Act, you can claim maintenance for yourself and your daughter. Dowry, gold, and property given in marriage are your stridhan; you can recover them through a criminal complaint under Section 406 IPC. Regarding the salary amount, if you prove it was given for family/business expenses without intent to gift, you can claim it back as money held in trust or misused. Preserve bank statements and proof of transfers.
