Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, deals with Restitution of Conjugal Rights. It allows a spouse to apply to the court if the other spouse has withdrawn from their company without reasonable cause. The court may order the spouse to return and resume marital cohabitation. The aim is to restore the marital relationship. However, if the spouse refuses to comply even after the court's decree, it may serve as a ground for divorce. The court also ensures that the application is not misused and considers the well-being of both parties before passing an order.

Aap Restitution of Conjugal Rights ki Decree ke 1 saal baad Divorce ke liye is ground par apply kar sakte ho ki RCR ki Decree ke baad bhi aapki biwi saath mein rehne ko raaji nahi hai. Yeh Case Section 13(1-A)(ii) HM Act mein file hoga.
