asp agar lenhe to woh stridhan ap ko 498 mein high court mein petition DIVORCE ke time woh mange gi go to the court under 498 a then see how the response comes don't take stridhan from your wife otherwise the points will be raised in the petition

yes it is possible only if your wife is willing to give it you, under any section of HMA and sec406 there is no way to get it back. it's only possible if she's ready to handover it you. if this happens it will indirectly impact your alimony amount for further clarification please feel free to contact me

Sir you need to figure out some points before you go for divorce. 1. Do you want it mutual (is your wife ready for divorce) because if you contest it, that may will take long time. 2. Where do you want to file your case? This will depend where you live or where your wife lives or are you both in the same place. Is she currently in matrimonial house or parents house. 3.Do you both have children? if yes who wants their custody. 4.What were the items exchanged at the time of marriage. gold etc. Once you have clear understanding of above points you can consultant an advocate.

court me section 406 ipc/316 BNS ka case file kro jo bhi tumne saman Diya hai. two witnesses hone chaiye jinke samne tumne saman Diya hai court case decide krke tumahara jo bhi saman h vo dilaya jayega.
