Counselor report seems to be incorrect,give mis direction to case.....

Husband says in counselling that he wants divorce but wife says she don't want divorce but counselor write in file that negotiation fail and transfer file to family court.why the counselor didn't write the whole thing.in family court,judge will assumed that both parties aren't agree
As you told that one of your cases is pending in the court and your file was sent to the mediation center in which the husband refused to compromise and said in front of the counselor that he wants to divorce you and your file was reported back. You want to know that the tax has been demanded in the lower courtWill any action be taken contrary to what he said in the court or not?

dear client as per your query I can only suggest that if the court grants for mediation and both of them don't come to any same conclusion then this means that mediation is failed so they refer back to the court for future affidavits they don't write such as he or she agreed to any point so this means mediation has failed for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

yes it's the part of work in counsellor. because if he right the issues then new litigation will start on that. counsellor only for worked as mediator so he try to dissolve the matter. living with or without. that's why he not mention all content in order sheet.
