Contested decreed without cost

My wife side filed HMOP 40/2021 under section 13 1 ia,ib, now the case status showing in app 'Contested decreed without cost' .. what it means, what is the next step i should need to do..it means I got divorce

It looks like you did not proceed with the case and it was decreed. Yes, as per the information provided by you your marriage is dissolved. If necessary and if you feel that the decree is not proper then you can go for appeal .

yes you got divorced.. If you are ok with the decision move on or else file appeal as CMP before the high court to set aside the order of the lower court.

for that you must provide a original order copy and copy of the petition and your counter which u filed before the lower court in HMOP case

it is otherwise known as exparte order. if you need to reopen the case then it is possible to reopen the case by filing proper petition before the court who ordered the decree. otherwise be leaving it
