Consiquences after sending divorce notice and how to avoid them

Hi,
My spouse has threatened my about committing suicide many a times hence i am going for divorce. How to protect myself and my family after sending divorce notice to my spouse if she commits or attempts for suicide. Is there a way of protection? Do i need to go for written statement in police station and go for anticipatory bail before sending her the notice. Need your advice
It is advisable not to issie notice at inception it may result in further problems so kindly proceed with filing divorce and put forth all your contentions, anticipatory bail is right decision to protect yourself and family.

Dear Sir,
It is better to lodge a formal complaint describing the attitude and previous attempts made by your wife to commit suicide. It will be on record and also send a strong legal notice or directly file a Divorce case describing such incidents and threatenings and other cruelties and seek Divorce.
