Sir/mam,
After filing maintenance, many people from matrimonial house are coming asking to give divorce. In this regard can I file a police complaint.?
And also after filing maintenance, husband is seeking RTI act against my parents property. Does he have any rights on them.? Property is on my mothers name. My husband is central government employee. They are sending many notices from RTI to get information about my parents property. Nothing is on my name. Does this help him in not giving maintenance to me. And also he has filed divorce case .
Please help as this is bringing lot of chaos in family.
Please contest divorce case if you want the decree to be cancelled.... Filing rti to get information of properties will not absolve him from giving you maintenance which you are legally entitled too... You cannot file police complaint just because your relatives are coming to reconcile and seeking for mutual divorce...

you can file criminal case against your husband and others and you cannot curtail RTI rights of them , so don't worry about it, if property is in your mother name. Granting maintenance always depends on grounds you urging before court, divorce is a seperate case if you don't want divorce just contest it for dismissal.

u no need to worry about it because maintain case maintain cas is different and family matters are different u no need u need no worries about rti and any other act u need to get the details of the house band about hi maintain and there in the court u producing the problem in production of documents
