Complaint to SP office, But no action taken

I just complaint about my husband second marriage to SP office on last monday, They said case will be directed to ASWP, they will call you in 2 days, but one week gone, i dont receive any call, what should i do now?

hi alocious here, I can well understand your concern from the query raised, you can file a complaint directly to the magistrate and direct the police to file an FIR if there are sufficient evidence for the same, thank you, you can contact me for further clarifications

you give the complaint all women police station or SP office against your husband, subsequently you send the complaint commission office through register post immediately your compliant forward to SP office, immediately take the action against your husband based on your compliant

A week is not a long time. You may be called in this week. If you have urgency you can directly go to the corresponding police officer and enquire about the status of your complaint. If no response or no action by the police officials file a private complaint to the magistrate.
