A separate case for extortion under IPC can be filed and the call recording can be used as evidence in cases that your wife has or will file in the future. For a better consultation i suggest you to give me a more descriptive outlook of your matrimonial dispute at hand.

Yes , you can file a case under section 383 extortion and it is proved that the case is false, so you can file a defamation case against her claiming damages. After that for the quashing of Fir, file an application under section 482 of CRPC. For further assistance, feel free to contact me Thanks

Hello you can file complaint to police that your wife is threatened to file false DV Case or dowry case if her exorbitant demand of 3 Cr is not met, you can give reference of the audio recording. However if DV case is already filed you can produce recordings in your defense.
