How can I get divorced with my husband? Years of marriage four years

it is necessary for the divorce how many days you are separation from your husband? if more then 2 years then you may file divorce on desertion Ground. If not the you can file on cruelty ground.

You have to first consult your lawyer.Lawyer will file a petition in family court.Divorce can be by mutual consent or you have to contest with your husband.If u have a child you have to contest for a child.You can claim for amount .

If both of you agrees then you can file mutual divoce.
If the situation is not that , if yout husband disagrees then you have to file divoce petition station the allegation and grounds against your hunaband. It wll br a contested one.

One can contact the lawyer in the family Court having jurisdiction. Without going into further details I cannot advice further. Grounds can be counselled by the Family court mediation centre under the aegis of the State Legal Services Act

you can get Divorce from your Husband. Provides that your have good grounds for obtaining Divorce. You may file Divorce either Hindu Marriage Act or Special Mariage Act, which your profile permitted. There are so many grounds stated in the Law under any one of it you can file Divorce against your husband.
