Clarification regarding time taken by court to grant judgement

sir may i know, how much time it takes for hard copy of verdict after verbal verdict? because on 11.06.18 final judgement has given by Hon.Judge in mutual divorce case as Divorce has sanctioned. but now it is 19.07.18 still my lawyer says it takes time to get the hard copy of verdict. is it true.... thank you

The Certified Copy of the MCD decree can be obtained in 7-10 days from the date of passing of the decree by the court. However, sometimes, there could be some delay in getting the Certified Copy due to many reasons viz., copy not ready, non availability of the staff, judge on leave etc. If you are not happy with your lawyer, you can apply yourself for the copy.

Normally in mutual consent divorce, the order copy is available within 15 days from the date of divorce decree. It is unusual that the divorce decree is not available even after 40 days.
You can also submit a copy application in the court and obtain the copy of divorce decree free of cost.
