Dear Sir/Madam Is Daughter in law can claim in the property of father is law if husband condition is not good due to illness. and she want divorce . my Religion is hindu
When husband is a live, daughter in law is not entitled to claim in the in laws properly
She is entitle only for husband's property
If she want to divorce is depends on circumtences which you did not informed in your query

Daughter-in-law cannot claim share in property of her father-in-law. In case of divorce she may ask for maintenance amount from husband. But she cannot claim share in the property of father-in-law.
