Child custody from my wife who is a European

Last year my wife went to uk for holiday and refused to return I filed a case in uk high court where she put a lot of lies regarding me being an alcoholic and drug addiction,plus child neglect and mental domestic abuse The court there used an agency to investigate child neglect and found the allegations incorrect.they did not go into other allegations except alcohol use for which I was tested and found to be a non drinker The court decided that kids are habitual residents of India.so we were sent back pending litigation in india My undertakings included providing house.car.monthly maintenance etc to my wife till the Indian courts decide her other allegations.which are all false like the child neglect and alcoholism allegations. Now she is refusing to let me have overnight contact with the kids as mandated by uk courts. Kids r 7 &10. She is using false allegations again. Can I get custody? I am hindu she is Christian European. Had hindu marriage. All are nri.living in India since 2016
