Cheating evidence and divorce on grounds of adultery

I searched location history of my wife on Google maps and found that she checked in a hotel one night. When I enquired at hotel, I found that she checked in with a guy 20 years older than her. When I asked her about this, she is telling me that he is her maternal brother and they stayed in hotel because they were late that night. I know she is lying because that night she told me that she was in her home. Can I file a divorce on grounds of adultery? Also hotel staff is denying to give copy of check in register, how can I provide evidence?

Yes you can file divorce on the ground of adultery if it's proved that person was not her maternal brother and your wife's reason was not genuine . Also you have the evidence that she checked-in the hotel with a person supported with location history of your wife. We can again enquire with the hotel staff to give a copy of the check in register.
