Now he is 3 years age, now they are filing 498a case based on extra dowry harassment and trying to take my son. in this case it is better you file a case of divorce and also keep the child with your parents , also mention that because of her mental health conditions she is unable to take care of child, let them fight for child custody in court, further you can file a case of cheating under IPC 420, if they file a case of 498 A you can get an anticipatory bail and then proceed with the cases.

Dear Sir, You can file cases against her parents if you have medical records to show that she was having such medical problems prior to marriage. Further, file child custody case and get permanent custody. If any cruelty case and dowry harassment case is filed you just get anticipatory bail and then approach High Court for stay and quash.
