Cheating and mental harrasement

Hi, I am an hindu. Got married in last December and this is my second marriage post divoce. For her also this is second marraige. She started acting very weird from the 2nd week of our marraiage and for silly things and reasons she argues, she screams, and she knocks her head to the floor, walls,.. what not she does every thing and always keeps blackmailing me that she will commit suicide and leaves a letter with my parents, and realatives names..etc... Her parents completly supports her behavior as she manuplated everything while sharing with them.. Before marraige they said she got divorced, but recently got to know that it was a notary they got it but not a divorce decree from court. Even we didnt check that before marriage due to lack of knowledge. Pleaes suggaet how i can proceed in this situation. i can not live with her anymore because of the mental torture and balckmailing. She is not ready to go to her mom's place, even if i wanted to serve her a notice based on harrasement.
