Cheated with words before marriage and demanding dowry

Dear lawyer, My in laws are speaking continuosly and creating problems mentally and economically about asking that i would not bought dowry. Sister in law who is a doctor stydying opthomologist informed to my in laws that there are 50 50 chances of getting pregnancy becz of my past health condition. But my doctor said no worries for my motherhood. Because of this many descripencies are happening in family. Also They have Lied that they dont have any debts in their village but have 60 lakhs and on properties which they have doesnt exist before. How can i proceed further? We have spend so much for our marriage expenses and reception. If i go for divorce will my parents or myself atleast get our loss for marriage and expenses.
