I married a women, she cheated me that she already had diverse and still court case is running. After marriage i know this. Can i file annulment.
can a women run on divorce and with first husband and annulment case with second husband simultaniously.
hi yes you could file a petition for annullement of marriage on the ground that the prior marriage was not disclosed at the time of marriage and to declare the marriage as voidable and not binding on you
