Chargesheet without arrest filed under sections 498 406 377

My wife has filed a 497 406 377 against me where all factual evidences are in my favour. The police obliged me by filing the chargesheet without arrest as they were of the opinion that its a matrimonial dispute in a marriage which had no problem for as long as we were staying together. Now the case is in the court. What do i expect next ? Thanks.
Arguments on charge will happen and the judge will frame the charge against you upon evidence.
If you argue well putting reliance to evidence will help you getting discharge from the trial and the case might get dismissed. Else the trial will begin for final disposal

hello client as you described your issue here is very much complicated but in my op3nion you can save your self in a way that you can be proved innocent in the court of law. for tht you need to prepare yourself for fighting the case and filling a bew case in ur wife against things she is doing against you and your family.
