Challenge interim maintenance order in high court

Family court passed interim maintenance against me under CrPC 125 which is not in line with my current income. I also paid for maintenance/education etc during case period that my wife refuses to consider and asking for hefty arrears

you can challenge the interim maintenance in High Court The high court will decide and do justice with you and may reduce the amount of maintenance let me know more about your case so I can help you more according to your case

first of all get the certified copy of the order passed by family court and other relevant income proof supporting your claim come to us we will file the revision before the Hon'ble High Court accordingly.

it's her right to demand arrears. if you don't want to pay or you are not position for pay arrears amount you have two options one is you can pay in part payment. second is you can challenge the interim order in high court.

you must have hired a lawyer . please talk to him for filing objection of interim maintenance. you should tell court that my current income is not good enough to pay interim amount passed by court in your objection and also attach your salary slip.
