dear client as per your query I can only suggest that for quashing if you have come under section 482 as per ur query you can't file appeal and mediation is referred as in High Court there are trained mediators you can't compare them with family court mediator and you can ask your lawyer if he initiate regarding some settlement can be done and by that you can get some relief as the court must have grant stay order to for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

I am also a lawyer in the High Court, as you are telling that you had come to the Honorable Court for quashing and the matter has been sent for mediation. I have done many such cases. For more information, you can contact me.

after the mediation ends if it fails then it might be that you have to get yourself bail. but it can also be possible that if the mediation passes smoothly then you can have all the cases spending against you quashed along wid chargesheet. suppose that your mediation fails and they are certain things that surfaced during the course of mediation then on the report of the mediator they may be chances that if you are lawyer is good he can still get the charge sheet quashed

Why? If wife has sufficient income and means to maintain herself no court will allow her maintenance in DV case under the PWDV Act 2005. As far permanent alimony and maintenance in divorce case is considered, there too the Family Court shall take in consideration the financial condition of both parties before deciding application for this relief. The elaborate affidavits of income and assets of both parties are to be filed along with salary slips, bank statements and income tax returns for 3 years for the courts in all cases relating to maintenance claim and alimony that will clarify the financial situation of both parties. One thing more, nothing comes free of cost so stop seeking free legal advice like this.
