My wife filed cases against me and my family (Parents and younger sister).
Basically, she belongs to my city (in Haryana) but she filed a case in Delhi (Tiz Hazari), like her sister (Married) is there in Karol bagh and she is staying there only with her Mother. I have a baby boy staying with her. Its been almost 2 years, cases are going on and whatever the aigations she has filed, all are false. Please suggest me a better way to get out of it.
Try and settle the case and do a divorce by Mutual Consent it’s the best and easiest way else you have to litigate for years try come to settlement by Mediation Center of ‘Tis Hazari week your visitation and give alimony/ maintenance for child and move on in life
