Case regarding maintenance, physical and mental harassment and bigamy.

My father has been married to another women without giving divorce to my mother.he physically, mentally, emotionally harasses my mother, sister and me and he has stopped giving any maintenance to us.i want the best thing we can do against him , so that we could get maintenance and he could be punished.

if you are minor then you and your mother have right to get the maintenance by the court under section 125 of crpc. for that you have to file maintenance suit against your father. If you want to your father behind the bar then you can file a complaint of bigomy in police station.

As you told that your father is living with another woman without divorce from your mother and is not giving you any kind of maintenance and is harassing you, in such a situation you are against your father. And you file a case of section 125 CrPC against your father for maintenance, it is your legal right.

your mother is entitled for maintenance she can file a case for maintenance before family court. further she can lodge an FIR for bigamy against husband. option for filing domestic violence case is also available.

sabse pahle ao apne father ke against ke f. i. r registred karye kyuki bina divorce ke dusri shaadi karna punishable offence hai phir ap apni mother se ek civil suit file karaye apne farher ki sari property mai share ke liye kyuki pahli shaadi valid hai to unhe right hai property mai half share milega Phir divorce petition aur uske saath hi sec 125 and sec 24 file kare phir domestic violence
