Case of marriage null and void

I came to know after marriage that my wife is already married.
Dear Client,
As you said that Your wife is already married , that means she has married you without disclosing of earliest continued marriage, from where she has not taken divorce.
Now, (but when you knew all about) you came to know that she is already married , hence in that condition marriage with you shall be null and void. And for that she may be liable for criminal offence.

if you have sufficient evidence that prior to a marriage your wife is already married then you can file a case for cheating for Miss representation against are all their family members file a sui vice versa file suit for declaration marriage null and void
