Case filled for divorce and gone through to caw and mediation center,

My husband is impotent, I have filed a case against him and his family . Gone through with caw, mediation center also. Waiting for fir only. But come to know from caw that my husband has putted rti against me. I don't know in which reg it is? I want to know the advantage and disadvantage against me and him both

You can go with a divorce petition and directly get a decree from the court. There won't be any advantage to your husband from the RTI and he will be in violation.

As your husband is impotent in such case you should go for divorce case as well as case for maintenance .
if your husband has filed RTI no need to worry just go for getting FIR registered as well as initiate legal proceedings for getting your right after marriage

i need some clarification for your case first of all which RTI has been filed against you...RTI cant be filled against any individual....it can be only filled against any Government organization.
secondly what kind of advantage or disadvantage youre talking about your question is not clear
