Can we ask to dismiss Interm maintenance

Hi,
I have one question. With the divorce case, if we have proof that the lady is working, then can we immediately request judge to dismiss the interm maintenance case or it will be there till the period divorce case runs ? What i mean is that is the divorce case runs for 1 year(say) , the interm maintenance can be dismissed even before ??

if you can demonstrate to the court that the lady is working, then the interim maintenance will not be granted in petition filed under section 125 of cr.p.c and you can pray for dismissal of petition filed under 125 cr.p.c
