Main Karnal se hu Mera 2014 me ex-partee divorce hua tha phr mere husband ne set aside k liye application de di Uske bad abi Feb me order mere favour me hue hain Bt mere husband ne ab high court me appeal kiya or Maine b summons receive kr liye Ab kya krna chahiye muje. Kya main court date refuse kr skti hu
Nhi, ma'am app court date ab refuse nhi kr skti hai appko date pe court Jana hi hoga or phir app vhna court appni baat rkh skti hai puri trha se ki ye -ye baat hai or Dnt wrry court appki baat sunne gai

Agar apke husband ne high court me appeal file kari hai aur apko court se summon receive hue hai to apko court me present Hona hoga.
Agar lower court me decision apke favour me hai then hum high court se apke husband ki appeal kharij karwa sakte h ya fir apke favour me hi decision la sakte hai
