Dear Sir/Madam, My wife filed a complaint at the police station, resulting in an FIR registered under 498A/34/406. After one month, she called me and expressed her intention not to pursue the FIR she had filed against me. She provided a written statement to the police station, requesting no legal action be taken against me or my in-laws. Now, I have asked her to reconcile with me only after quashing the FIR. Please advise the best approach to quash the FIR. I prefer not to pursue any Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or other compromise deed in the petition solely because of the case filed against me. Should I consider a joint petition without an MOU, or is there another recommended approach?

Sir you can move to the concerened high court and filed a quashing petition in which your wife will be respondent and give her consent and filed the same petition affidavit and give her statement before high court concerend and then only your FIR will be quashed. Is your marriage consummated ? Have you ever made any complaint against your boy friend? In what circumstances all this happend? Did you made any complaint that he blackmail you ? Are you still living with him?

Q: Won't sign for 2nd motion of mutual divorce as want contested divorce

I am a Hindu man got married in 2015 but not live together for a single day, after completion of one year we filed joint petition for divorce but I don't want to sign second motion and want to go for contested divorce. What cases she can file against me. And for how long can I drag the case.

Sir you can very well widraw your consent from the second motion there is no offence in that she can only send you notice through here lawyer to perform your part of duty. But in hindu law you can very well widraw your consent before second motion send a notice to her

Q: What can i do if parents torture physically emotionally and mentally

I'm a 21 years old girl. My parents torture me physically and mentally. They abusing me, beat me any time without any reason. They beat me with many things like- wood, shoes, chappals etc. I am suffering many health issues my weight is loosing much faster, paining in my whole body, my mussels are tighten etc. I was told to my parents but they ignored it. They never go to doctor with me. They don't give me money for purchasing clothes or anything else. I'm doing job. I don't have any right on my salary. They take my complete salary. Even they forced me to leave the job. My clothes are completely damaged, shoes are full with smell. hand bag is also damaged. I feel too imbaresing everywhere i go. I'm suffering from borderline personality disorder and I'm extremely hypersensitive. I was leave my house on 4th may 2018. I feel much better now. My friend told me that your father file police complaint against you. Please help me.. what should I do. I don't want to live with my parents.

Mam you can file a complaint with the concerend police authority regarding the domestic violence against your parents and file a case thereof in the court seeking different releifs like accomadation food etc

Q: Police seized bike for not carrying insurance & driving license

cops seized my rc in india gate..i didnt broke any rule..i was wearing the helmet.they stopped me for checking but i didnt carry documents like puc and insurance and DL..so they seized my RC ..after that i went to my college in other city...its almost been 4 to 5 months and i cant ride my scooty can anyone help me what to do and where should i go...

They gave you the date to appear before the patiala house court most probably beacuse india gate comes in Patiala house courts. See your challan paper and go to patiala house court and enquire the next date of court hearing on your challan. Pay the fine and get you vehicle released
