What is the meaning of first motion in divorce given by the judge in case of mutual divorce.. After couple have decided on final list of amount etc . When Will the FIR and other complaints be removed including dv court case.

The motion of both the parties made not earlier than six months after the date of the presentation of the petition referred to in sub-section (1) and not later than 18 months after the said date, if the petition is not withdrawn in the meantime, the court shall on being satisfied, after hearing the parties and after making such inquiry as it thinks fit, that a marriage has been solemnized and that the averments in the petition are true, pass a decree of divorce declaring the marriage to be dissolved with effect from the date of decree.And after completing all the procedure of the divorce you have quash the FIR Thank you A. Dear Sir/Madam, My wife filed a complaint at the police station, resulting in an FIR registered under 498A/34/406. After one month, she called me and expressed her intention not to pursue the FIR she had filed against me. She provided a written statement to the police station, requesting no legal action be taken against me or my in-laws. Now, I have asked her to reconcile with me only after quashing the FIR. Please advise the best approach to quash the FIR. I prefer not to pursue any Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) or other compromise deed in the petition solely because of the case filed against me. Should I consider a joint petition without an MOU, or is there another recommended approach?

I am married women and got married on 20th jan 2017. My husband always use to torture me mentally. we are sikh,s bhabhi has made the gpa nottary attested in favour of my nanaji and nani and on the witness column two witness are there, but one we dont identify and the another is very innocent person who was the land lord of my nanaji ,but a criminal fir has beed logged us 420/468/467/471/34 by our nanaji nephew , documents sent to fsl reports comes in favour of negative that sigh does not match in papars now my nanaji has expired and nanaji bhabhi has expired but she give the posession to my nanaji when she was alive now pressure comes to the witness and police said that the charge sheet will be imposed against them what does witness role in this matter , the party who gpa to the other party was died 5years ago only my nani ji alive so why there witness has been harassed please suggest us what do i do for our witness
