Can I be arrested while I go for filing my Anticipatory bail

I am a Hindu, a 498A case has been registered against me and CJ magistrate has issued a summon. I want to visit the place and file my AB before the summon date. Can I be arrested by police while I go there and file my Anticipatory bail application.

Dear Client, You should visit there to fill out Anticipatory Bail. Your sign only required over some documents like Affidavit and Anticipatory Bail Application, but if you have some fear about Police then move Criminal Writ petition before High Court for Arrest Stay then your problem shortout.

if the magistrate has issued a summon against you in case under section 498a then you will not be arrested while going for the anticipatory bail. until and unless quote does not tissue a non bailable warrant against you, you will not be arrested. yes you can file anticipatory bail at any moment after the registration of first information report against you and you don't need to go to any place to file such applications, all you got to do is hire a professional advocate to do it on your behalf. thank you

on the above mentioned query the legal opinion is that no, you can not be arrested by the police officials anymore on the occasion of anticipatory bail or on the date fixed when you appear in the concerned court.
