Can husband re marry without informing wife

Staying with parents from last 5 years I don't have any contact with husband can he remarry with out divorce n with out giving me information.... I m hindu Indian he is hindu nepali... arranged hindu marriage... plz suggest

you are staying with parents last 5 years you don't have contact with your husband last 5 years you want to know that can he remarry without divor ce for that we need to discuss your case then only I can tell you what you have to do

dear client as you have said both of you didn't contacted each other for 5years so he can apply for divorce if you have made complaint against him or have loged an FIR then he can be in trouble there are many aspects which is to be seen this can be one of those for further information please contact us for consultation

No he can't marry without letting you know and without taking Divorce. His second marriage is void, so you are still his legally wedded wife. In case, you want file a divorce petition then obviously you can do it as you are living with your parents for 5 years.
