Can Brother file case against Sister Husband for Dowry and harassment

Hi Sir/ Madam, My sister got married in 2018 and and my sister husband demanded lots for dowry including a bike with my father and was given because the invitation was already printed. after marriage from 3rd month they started to trouble her and and now she filed divorce case and only mutual divorce he want. can I file a dowry case on my sister husband as my sister is scared to face the court.

Dear Sir, You can also move the criminal law into motion by lodging a complaint of dowry harassment with necessary proofs. You must say that your sister being blackmailed by your brother-in-law. Thus, a criminal case may be registered against him and also try for mutual divorce with huge alimony to your sister.
