Q: Salary Hold By The Manager .Also I Give Him Tha Resignation

I was working on the Toll plaza In tumkur. And suddenly for the emergency i have to quit the job.for my physical damage. And i give the resignation February 28th and i also told to the manager that i am leaving job for the physical damage.on February 27th.. and i give the resignation letter on February 28th .but now my manager is now telling me that my salary will be paid by next month (in April) but now he is saying that i can't pay your salary because you didn't give me a resignation letter before the 15 days. What action can i do against him..?

Q: Not paid dues of my consultancy over 25 lacs

I was engaged with the firm as full time consultant. Consultancy fee was 3lacs per month. Till Sep24 payment was regular. After that it was uncertain in every month by not paying full amount and they could pay in full till Dec24. But after that from jan25 to Aug25 they did not pay any amount. Again Sept and Oct25 they paid in full and after that they asked to resign and to join in their another sister organisation. I resigned and joined but they did not settle my dues over 25lacs in earlier org

Q: My F&F including gratuity is not cleared yet

I worked with the company for 6 years 4 months and left 7+ months ago, but my Full & Final (F&F) settlement including gratuity remains pending. After 90 days, I was verbally informed of post-departure "shopper fee" concerns causing delay—no formal email, and I'd already returned all assets and lost official email access, so couldn't address it. Later promised processing by Jan 2, 2026, but no confirmation or HR email responses since. How to proceed with this
