we need to study your case and mutual divorce document. There is a provision when wife is working if salary not sufficient to for economic standard of living in that case you may claim a alimony or maintenance from husband.

Hi..If u have any claim u have to settle all in mediation and all your claims will be reduced in writing and it will be recording in agreement. Working woman may get the alimony but it depends upon each case.
Thank you

In mutual divorce court won't decide on alimony or monthly maintenance. It is between you and your husband need to decide together before approaching the court. In mutual divorce normally the terms of settlement or claims will be decided between the parties prior to the filing of the petition before the court. So i suggest you to talk to your husband about his willingness to pay your alimony.

You can't get alimony or maintenance after divorce. You should have settled it before divorce, now you don't have any right to claim for the same under law. You could have sorted out this while filing the mutual consent divorce now it is too late

Madam
You wont get permanent alimony under mutual consent divorce. Because both of you agree for divorce nor the divorce is filed any once force.

Regarding permanent alimony you should talk earlier before order is passed in mutual consent. Once the order is passed, you cant claim back in future days.
