Brother's wife torchering whole family even after divorce

My elder brother's wife was in love with someone even before marriage so her father being our mama emtionally blackmailed to get her married but now she only herself fought case got divorced from court & married a third person not the person before marriage she used to love she not leaving our home roaming with him which very hurting because people used to respect our family a lot

1. you can file the case against her in the court for torturing you people 2. you can lodge a complaint in the police station 3. you can throw her out of your house, she doesn't have the right to stay with her ex husband 4. you can lodge threatening case or criminal case against her

after divorce she is not supposed to stay at your house, that amounts to trespass. she should leave your house and stay with her present husband at any other place but not in your house. if she is not leaving your your you have to take appropriate action against her.

Your elder brother's wife has no business to live in the house which is no longer her matrimonial home. you can just a chase are away you won without resurting to legal procedure, provided you are having sufficient muscle power.
