Hi, we are planning for a mutual divorce in Bengaluru. No child, no property, no financial complications involved. Married 19months ago and already not living together for around one year. Would appreciate specific responses. Thanks.

If you are both decided for mutual divorce without any alimony or maintenance, you can file the case and can get the divorce, in your case a year's separation is already over, now you can proceed legally to dissolve your marriage

for filling of a divorce on rground of mutual consent you should have lived separately for the previous one year. you both need to provide your ID and residence proofs and can file the in the place of your present residence..
