no need to engage an advocate for the same and thereafter otherwise court may send you jail in absence of non complying with the order of the court. and it is better way to engage a counsel to conduct the matters.

If the police came to your home with a bailable warrant and gave you a notice to appear in ACJM Court (Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate) on 29th May at 11:00 a.m., here's what you should know Lawyer Not Mandatory, But Strongly Recommended You can appear without a lawyer—it’s legally allowed. However, it is strongly advised to hire or take a lawyer with you, especially If the case is criminal in nature. If you’re an accused or respondent in any criminal complaint. If the case involves serious allegations or confusion in legal procedure. Why You Should Consider Hiring a Lawyer: A lawyer can help to fullfill with bail formalities in court. They will ensure your rights are protected. They can represent you effectively in front of the magistrate. Bond needs to be executed, a lawyer ensures it's done properly.
