Bail in 498a , 323, 504, 506, dp act 3/4, in up

I need a regular bail in up. Can I get bail on the same day. Shall I give more money to laywer for bail. How much it ll cost to me for a bail.

Hi dear good afternoon. you can take relief from Hon'ble High Court Lucknow and High Court Allahabad. Anticipatory bail can be take as soon as possible on your matter. kindly contact me for further process for relief from Hon'ble Court.

As you have written in your problem that you want to get bail under Section 498A, that too permanent, so I want to tell you that if you want permanent bail in the said case or want to get it abolished, then you can send me a copy of it. apart from filling regular bail, you should file anticipatory bail in the matter and court may grant you anticipatory bail in the matter. and there is no need of surrender in the court. and as such anticipatory bail will be more appropriate than regular bail.
