As we have done mediation 3 wks ago and my husband told in front of mediator that I can come back home as she is behind me,he is thinking I might dieing for him but reality is m fighting for my rights as wife as I have torchured by my husband and In laws and I was trying to make it in place just that I didn't want to destroy my family ,I was convici g him to be good to me as from last one year he was not having any relation and was giving me mental torchure along with his money and sisters,so my question is my lawyer and even mediator is convincing me go back to home and it's been 3 wks he told in mediation to take me back but he hasn't given even a single to call to ask me to come so how can I go without welcoming me to his home cos once I go again he will start misbehaving cos just to get rid of laws and alimony he told to tak me back in front of all but I want him to take back with all respect and my rights as a wife,please suggest as my lawyer is also asking me to go back by my own

As to what i can understand from the entire stated facts, your husband is just in elevation to escape from the liability that he holds therefore he readily agreed to keep you with him. You should be conscious before taking a step ahead.

as I don't know where is your mediation going on but if it is in high court then the mediators are competent enough what the agreement they will make between the two of the parties it will be a better one for the two of you as well as if you have a child but if you have any problem you can directly talk to the mediator an before signing the agreement go through it properly of you have any doubt do consult with your advocate for the further details you can contact us.

There are various options for you. as your husband has accepted in the mediation that he wants to take you back and in fact you have also stated that you want to go back and stay with him, you can even take the first step and call him so that things can get normal in your life. As far as your concern for alimony and other rights are concerned, they cannot be taken away.
