girl married in arya samaj 2019 .both are in relationships almost 7 years ,but boy told everyone in family that he is now married but girl due to family issue not inform anyone. .but in 2020 when girl visit his home .due to his mother she is not happy because she is working and independent and modern. his mother told everything to girl family without informing girl .and her family is shocked and mother is admitted. she loves her family equally because after her sister she has all responsibility of home .he send divorce paper which are in black and white xerox type I signed and send it.again he told her just to get her back he do this type of thing now he tell paper is real .he cant wait if girl is not coming he will do another marriage in 2022 because girl signed that paper. Is divorce by mutual consent are like this ?. there is no need for girl to go court after sign paper or cooling period. like this marriage is over or still he give a threat to family.please suggest me what to do.
Both the are parties agrees to divorce like mutual consent. Then u can’t go to any where . But girl not agree u can go Hindu marriage act section 12. Through . If u go through court . Court give to time to compromise settlement of dispute the party more details u could be send document of copy

divorce by mutual consent is granted only by court and not possible without the intervention of court. both husband and wife have to present a mutual consent Divorce petition before the court and appear personally before court for finalisation of Divorce

I have seen your query carefully and found that marriage is still valid and no divorce can be granted without the decree of the family court under hindu marriage act. only signature on a paper is not of any use and zero in the eyes of law. So please don't panic and discuss all the things clearly with the boy and file a petition for divorce on mutual consent basis. After filing the petition the family court will give second date of six months for cooling off period. After six months the family court will grant the decree of divorce. if you need any further information or clarification then please contact me without any hesitation.
