in these section police have the right to arrest tha person but according to supreme court ruling in Arnesh Singh case police can't arrest the person where the offence is below the 7 year punishment without giving the notice of 41 or 41A crpc.
but except these condition police have sufficient power to arrest any person in any cognizable case so discuss with your investigation officer.

First of all you will be only arrested after filing charge sheet before the court thereafter and kindly file restitution suit before family court so that it may act as a defence for you by the way all these judgments are useless for you because judgements can be used only before honble court not before police at the time of arrest

Hello...
You will be arrested soon... so dont wait to get arrested...
File an application for anticipatory bail or go for quashing of F.I.R. so that you can be saved...
And if you will go in jail once....it will take minimum 6 months to get bail...

Kindly call or text for further details...
Thank You...
